We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy regarding substitutions, cancellations, and our money-back guarantee.

Event Cancellations
If we are unable to hold our event in person, we will issue registration refunds. All registrations that have been paid at the time of cancellation will be refunded in full.
This event will not be cancelled due to weather.
Participants may cancel their registration up to 2 weeks in advance. Refund requests must be made in writing. A refund will be issued less the processing fee.

Substitutions
You may substitute an attendee up to two weeks prior to the event. To request a substitution, please contact our team in writing at . Substitutions are not permitted within two weeks of the event start date.

Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the value of The DIRTT Project LIVE!
If a participant wishes to request a refund under our money-back guarantee, they must:
• Attend the entire first day of the event,
• Submit the refund request in writing before the start of Day Two, and
• Understand that any access to online materials or purchased add-ons will be revoked at the time of refund.

Refunds issued under the guarantee will be processed less the processing fee.

The Event Attendee, on behalf of him/herself and those registering with him/herself: (1) voluntarily assumes all risks incident to The DIRTT Project® Live! (the “Event”), (2) waives, releases and discharges Transition Point Business Advisors, The DIRTT Project®, and its agents, affiliates, employees and contractors from all liability for Event Attendee’s property damage, illness, injury or death as a direct or indirect result of the Event Attendee’s attendance at the Event; and (3) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Transition Point Business Advisors LLC and The DIRTT Project® harmless from and against all claims, suits, costs, expenses, attorneys fees, damages and liabilities which, in any manner, results from Event Attendee’s attendance and/or actions during the Event.
